Night and Day
Mind blown?
This is honestly the first time I’ve really contemplated the idea that ‘night’ is just a shadow. It always existed in my mind as a very real concept, almost a solid thing. Night. But it’s not really anything. It’s just a really big shadow.
Mind totally blown.
Also, I’d like to figure out a way to calculate how to move with the edge of the shadow (that ever so slightly teal in the above photo) as twilight and daybreak are my favorites. So if I j.ust ran at the right speed, I could spend 24 hours watching a sunset or sunrise..I could make it seem like only 5 minutes had passed in 24 hours. how cool would THAT be?
